SpeEDI Freight offers you the option of using your existing documentation system to transfer export entry data seamlessly so that it can obtain Customs clearance and pass the clearance status back to your documentation system and provide email confirmation to the declarant.

In this configuration, SpeEDI is essentially a background task and is quite transparent to your normal operations. It can also be configured to ?auto-classify? from your product codes/part numbers if desired.

Alternatively, you can use SpeEDI Freight to enter and compile the data relevant to an export entry in exactly the same way as a broker or forwarder. This option also provides the ability to produce other documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shippers letters of instruction, entry certificates, etc.
